Tertiary roads in New Rochelle remain dangerous
While the winds died down and snow turned into light sleet in New Rochelle on Tuesday, the roads remained dangerous.
The main roads in the area were plowed, but some tertiary roads seemed to have 6-8 inches of snow still on them.
News 12 meteorologists say the nor'easter brought over a foot of snow to most areas in the Hudson Valley.
Dropping temperatures overnight could create icy conditions.
