Plows, shovels, blowers still in full effect after Tuesday’s nor’easter

Plows, shovels and snowblowers are still in full effect around Westchester following Tuesday's blizzard.

Resident Zulma Lupo says digging out of the snow has been nothing short of back-breaking.

"It's very icy now and it's very slushy on the bottom, it's very hard to pick up," he says.

Many people have been calling Jeff Bischoff, of Cortlandt Manor, to help them out with his plow truck.

He says the calls haven't stopped coming, especially with temperatures plummeting at night.

"Anything that's left froze, it melts a little bit during the day and refreezes at night, it's tough," he says.

Bischoff says residents should contact him if they need help and should not shovel because the snow is very heavy.
