Spano’s son announces run for county executive

Another Spano is running for office in Westchester.



David Spano, son of former County Executive Andrew Spano, announced today in Yorktown he is running for Westchester County executive.



Spano will run on the Democratic ticket against incumbent Republican Rob Astorino.



Andrew Spano was county executive from 1998 until 2010 when he was unseated by Astorino.



Spano, joins County Legislator Ken Jenkins and Sen. George Latimer, as the third Democrat to challenge Astorino this November.
