2 men accused of raping teen in New Rochelle

Two men are accused of raping a teenage girl in New Rochelle.

New Rochelle police arrested 45-year-old Troy Winfrey and 30-year-old David M. Sepulveda on Tuesday after a 16-year-old girl accused them both of sexually assaulting her while she was drugged.

Both men have been charged with felony rape. They appeared in court Wednesday.

Authorities say the two men sexually assaulted the teen inside an apartment on Sickles Avenue sometime over the weekend.

Authorities say the teen met the men at the apartment, consumed drugs and alcohol, and was later forced to have sex with both men.

The teen was treated at the hospital and released to her family members.

Winfrey and Sepulveda are due back in court April 18.
