A job giving out tickets in New Rochelle got even tougher Thursday when police say an angry motorist assaulted a parking enforcement officer.Police say a man who just got a parking summons at a municipal lot on North Avenue followed the meter maid and punched her in the face. Police say her jaw may have been fractured in the assault. The officer was taken to the Sound Shore Medical Center to be treated for her injuries.
