A 16-year-old boy is charged in an apparent gang-related street murder in Yonkers.

According to police, Saint Claire Holmes shot 25-year-old Harry Chandler in broad daylight on Palisades Avenue on March 9. Chandler?s family members say the murder was the result of a long-running feud. Police say Chandler was targeted and the shooting may have been the result of a turf war.Holmes, who police say is homeless, is charged with manslaughter. Police have not yet recovered the weapon.
