Stranger stumbles across stabbing victim in Yonkers
Police say a 21-year-old man was brutally stabbed in Yonkers and found lying on the ground by a stranger.
According to police, Clive Lyons was stabbed four times and had a collapsed lung when he was discovered lying in a pool of blood around 9 p.m. Friday. Lyons, a resident of the Cromwell Towers, was stabbed a block away from his house.
Investigators discovered the attack was the result of a conflict between Lyons and another man. Police say 20-year-old Osani Reed surrendered to authorities and has been helpful in the investigation. Currently Reed is charged with assault. Police have not recovered the weapon used in the attack and say more charges could follow.
Lyons is in stable condition at Westchester Medical Center.
