3 teens charged in gang rape of 15-year-old

Police have charged three teens in the alleged gang rape of a 15-year-old girl in Tarrytown.
According to police, the three teens were with a group at one of the suspect?s house on South Washington Street on June 13. Police say the victim began throwing up after drinking vodka with the group and eventually passed out.
Detectives say the girl, a Sleepy Hollow High School student, was taken into a room, undressed and raped by at least three of the males. Police have charged 17-year-old Luis Cobos, of Sleepy Hollow, and 17-year-old Henry Zhagui, of Tarrytown, with sexual assault. A 14-year-old who has not been named was also charged with a first-degree criminal sexual act.
The police said they found out about the incident after an official at Sleepy Hollow High School heard students talking about the alleged rape and contacted authorities. Police are interviewing other teens who were at the party.
Police say the three suspects told detectives that the sex was consensual. They have each been released on $15,000 bail.
