Teen mom accused of driving boozed up with baby

A teenage mom is out on bail awaiting a court date for allegedly driving under the influence with her 1-year-old in tow in Nanuet.
Police say the 18-year-old was driving with a passenger and her daughter when she lost control of the vehicle and hit an oncoming car with three people inside Friday.
Responders rushed to the scene at Rockland Avenue and Peters Lane and transported the victims to Good Samaritan Hospital. No one was seriously injured in the crash, however, officials notified Child Protective Services.
Authorities said they later discovered the young mother was driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana. She faces DWI and child endangerment charges and is due in court Thursday.
