Unofficial results show incumbent Republican Phil Amicone has defeated Democrat Dennis Robertson in the Yonkers mayoral race. In his acceptance speech, Amicone thanked his supporters and the people of Yonkers. He also said during his next four years he wants to make Yonkers the greatest city in the state.
