A 14-year-old boy was shot in the hand at the Hartley Housing Complex on Sunday night, according to police. Sources tell News 12 Westchester that the victim was shot while playing a game of dice. They also say the teen is involved with street gangs and has a history of recent arrests. The teen was treated at Sound Shore Medical Center and has been released. Police are investigating the shooting, but say as of now they don?t have much to go on.
