2008 presidential hopefuls in final Super Tuesday push
With two days left before people cast their Super Tuesday votes, Chappaqua's Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) and other candidates made their final push Sunday.
"I'm not running for president to put a Band-Aid on our problems," Clinton said at a New Mexico rally. "I am running to solve our problems." The Democratic front-runner leads Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) in the New York polls.
However, some residents said Obama has their vote. "I think Hillary Clinton's going to get a lot of people who want to see a woman president and Obama's going to get a lot of people that want to see a black president ? and that's me included," said Charlie Sandbank, of Chappaqua.
Obama spread his message of hope during a rally in Delaware Sunday.
On the Republican side, former Gov. Mitt Romney (R-Mass.) rallied supporters in Illinois. Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) stumped at Fairfield's Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.
