The former Mount Kisco police officer charged in connection with an illegal immigrant's death is back in court Tuesday.Testimony began Friday in the manslaughter trial of former Mount Kisco Police Officer George Bubaris. Prosecutors contend Bubaris beat Rene Perez and dumped him on a street in Bedford where he later died.Bubaris' attorney, Andrew Quinn, has maintained that Perez had a long history of being highly intoxicated, falling and getting injured.
