Teen sues Harrison P.D. over alleged groping

A teenage girl is suing the Harrison Police Department over claims that one of its officers fondled her and forced her to watch a sex tape.

The unidentified teenager, who was 16 at the time of the alleged incident, claims that Captain Anthony Marraccini groped her during a drug bust last year at a house she shared with her boyfriend, Joseph Porto, Jr. Police called Porto Jr. the ?Cannabis King? of Harrison for his suspected drug operation.

After allegedly groping her, she claims that Marraccini made her watch a sex tape she had made with her boyfriend in front of Sgt. Edward Lucas and Det. Richard Light.

She is seeking damages and the return of the sex tape.

This case adds to two pending lawsuits that the Harrison Police Department is involved in. One alleges that the department violated certain officers? civil rights through the installation of a locker room video camera. The other involves an officer in a domestic violence case.
