New Rochelle student: Guard slapped me

New Rochelle school officials are investigating an eighth-grader's claim that he was slapped by a security guard.

Oscar Licea, 13, says he was singled out by the female security guard when a group of students became rowdy at Isaac Young Middle School.

"She shoved me. That's when I said, 'Don't touch me,' " says Licea. "That's when she smacked me across the face."

The investigation is ongoing. New Rochelle school officials did not return calls from News 12 Westchester seeking comment.
