Police: 5 teens nabbed for Pound Ridge vandalism

Police arrested five teenagers who are accused of vandalizing a Pound Ridge home and causing $100,000 in damage.
Police say as many as seven teenagers from Connecticut worked in tandem on three separate occasions over the past few months, tearing apart the residence at 147 Trinity Pass in what authorities call one of the worst cases of vandalism on a private property in Pound Ridge.
"Every wall, every space they could find...they put some type of graffiti on it," says Sgt. Mike Armistead, of the Pound Ridge Police Department. "They ruined this residence."
The five suspects, ages 16 to 18, have all been charged with burglary and criminal mischief. Police say two more arrests are pending. Authorities do not believe the teenagers had any connection to the owners of the property they damaged.
