Police say a Mahopac man has been arrested for having thousands of dollars worth of Fourth of July explosives in his possession.
According to police, 27-year-old Daniel Brennan had $6,000 worth of fireworks, as well as illegal prescription drugs and marijuana, in his Bonielle Drive home.
Police are advising residents that if they're planning on attending a Fourth of July fireworks show, to make sure it's professionally organized.
