New Rochelle sifts through storm's aftermath

New Rochelle residents say the freak July storm that hit Yonkers also caused damage in their city.

Con Ed was working Thursday to deal with scattered power outages. The utility says power is back on in most New Rochelle homes.

Homeowners will be allowed to leave small amounts of storm debris at the curb for removal during the next week.
