Relatives of the Florida businessman who was killed at the Rye Town Hilton hotel are raising questions about the possible involvement of the victim's wife in the suspected homicide.
Investigators originally said no family member of Ben Novack Jr. was a suspect, including his wife, Narcy. Now, police say anyone who was at the hotel last Sunday is being considered a person of interest.
According to Novack's former attorney, the businessman suspected his wife of trying to kill him by organizing a home invasion in 2002.
Following the murder, Narcy Novack has retained a lawyer, and she is reportedly seeking a second autopsy.
