Activist pleads not guilty to drug charges

An Ossining community activist who police say was caught with PCP and crack cocaine pleaded not guilty Tuesday to felony drug charges.

Spencer Thomas, who has in the past worked to combat drug use and street violence, was arrested last week on Broad Avenue.

Thomas? lawyers also asked to have his bail reduced. The judge agreed to their request and reduced his bail from $10,000 to $7,500.
