2 hospitalized in Sleepy Hollow boat accident

Police say alcohol is to blame for a boating accident in Sleepy Hollow.
Cops say the accident occurred shortly before midnight Thursday near the old GM plant.
Police say 48-year-old Robert Boeschel, of Yorktown, was driving the boat when it ran aground and onto rocks near the Tarrytown lighthouse.
According to police, he had a blood-alcohol level of .21, nearly three times the legal limit. Cops also believe he was speeding.
Boeschel's wife and an elderly man were hospitalized with minor injuries.
Boeschel, who declined medical attention, was arrested and charged with boating while intoxicated. Authorities say he may face additional charges.
