News 12 learned exclusively Monday that millionaire Ben Novack, Jr. will be buried at a Queens cemetery Wednesday.

Novack, who was killed at the Rye Town Hilton more than seven weeks ago, will be buried only feet away from his father, who founded Miami's famous Fontainebleau Hotel. Novack's burial place was determined by a court order in his native Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Novack's widow, Narcy and his stepdaughter, Mae, are still fighting over his estate, which is worth at least $10 million, as well as his Batman collectibles and their shared events planning company. Narcy Novack remains a person of interest in his death.
