Police: Drunken cabbie faces more charges

Charges have been upgraded Friday against a livery cab driver who police say drove the wrong way on the Taconic State Parkway Wednesday while he was drunk.
Authorities say Gregorio Pena drove north in the southbound lanes in Yorktown for nearly 2 miles before a state trooper spotted his headlights and pulled him over. Pena's blood alcohol level was at 0.2 - more than double the legal limit, police say.
Pena is now facing driving while intoxicated and felony charges.
The incident comes less than two months after Diane Schuler drove the wrong way on the same highway, killing herself and seven other people.
