Police nab 2 wanted for 300 burglaries

State police arrested two suspects Thursday who may be responsible for hundreds of burglaries in 30 towns and cities.

Police say 27-year-old Dwayne Wilkinson and 26-year-old Hugh Brown, both of Greenburgh, admitted to committing as many as 300 burglaries in Westchester and Rockland counties, as well as in Connecticut. The duo may also be linked to Albany burglaries.

Investigators say the suspects would break into a car, use a GPS device to locate the car owner's address and access the home with the help of a garage door opener. The two are also accused of stealing credit cards.
