The Cortlandt man convicted of burning a cross on a black family's yard is back in jail.
Christopher Hudak served six months for the hate crime and now prosecutors say he was considered a security threat when President Barack Obama was in town for the UN General Assembly last month.
Authorities say racist rants Hudak allegedly posted online are being investigated for links to hate groups he may have met in jail.
Hudak is being held at the Westchester County Jail on $250,000 bail. A hearing is scheduled for next Tuesday.
