The treasurer of a Mount Vernon co-op complex is facing time in prison on charges that she stole $180,000 from the co-op and used it for personal expenses.

The Westchester District Attorney?s Office received a complaint about treasurer Mary Mancuso last year after the Vernon Woods Apartments changed management companies.

Mancuso, who lives in Hartsdale, allegedly stole the money directly from the Pearsal Drive co-op?s bank account. She faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
