WC contractors allegedly never paid workers

Two Port Chester contractors are being accused of scamming their own workers out of more than $2 million after they allegedly forced employees to work without ever paying them.

Evelio Elledias and Larry Dominguez are facing hundreds of felony charges from grand larceny to filing false business documents.

The state attorney general says that their company, Leed industries, did work for local governments and that some employees were forced to work 80 hour weeks without ever being paid for their work.
