Man allegedly bites other man at dog park

A man who allegedly bit another man after a fight at a Rockland County dog park over the weekend is still at large after the unusual incident.

The victim, who did not want to share his identity, sat down with News 12 to tell his side of the story. He says that he was trying to break up a fight between two other dog owners at the Kennedy Dells dog park in New City when he was choked and then bitten by one of the men on his wrist, which began gushing blood.

A Clarkstown resident, who wanted to be identified as "DL," says that the alleged biter, who was at the park with his daughter, began screaming at him when their dogs started "getting frisky."

A report was filed with the Rockland County Sheriff's Department.
