Search for Pelham Manor robbers

(07/31/03) PELHAM MANOR - Police need your help in finding two suspects believed to be involved in a home invasion in Pelham Manor.

Cops say the two broke into a home on Priory Lane last Tuesday at 2:30 a.m. Once inside, police say the robbers struck a 62-year-old man who was sleeping, forced him and his daughter at gunpoint into the basement and locked them in a boiler room.

The men allegedly stole money and jewelry before taking off. It took the victims three hours before they could free themselves and call for help.

Investigators say they do not believe the suspects are from the area.

Police are offering up to $5,000 for any information leading to the arrest of the suspects.
