Yonkers police closer to catching the man they say killed his wife three months ago

Elizabeth Rosato, 54, was found dead in her Old Jerome Ave. home in July.

Police say Frederick Rosato killed his wife back in July and then vanished. They now believe he may be living in Buffalo and have alerted authorities that he is wanted in connection with the murder of his wife.

Rosato's body was found at the couple's home by her son, who claims his stepfather and mother had a troubled relationship. The victim's son says trouble between the two began about two years ago. He claims his stepfather threatened to kill his mother if she ever left.
