Harrison and Port Chester parents breathing a sigh of relief

An arrest has been made in connection with Tuesday's threatening phone calls that put people in Harrison and Port Chester on edge. Detectives from Westchester traveled hundreds of miles away to a northern suburb of Kansas City, Missouri and have a suspect in custody.

On Thursday police arrested 18-year-old Stephen J. Eggleston. Reports out of Missouri say that an online friend recruited Eggleston to make the phone calls. Police say during the calls, which occurred on Tuesday morning, Eggleston threatened to hurt children at schools in Harrison and Port Chester.

Eggleston is charged with making terroristic threats and is being held on $50,000 bail.
