'Do or die' for Yankees in Game 6 as World Series returns to New York

(10/25/03) YANKEE STADIUM - If the New York Yankees do not pull out a win Saturday night against the Florida Marlins, the Bronx Bombers would end up as runners-up, and the Marlins would become Major League Baseball's champions.

In the best-of-seven World Series, the Marlins have a three games to two lead. Saturday's Game 6 and, if necessary, Sunday's Game 7 will be played at Yankee Stadium. Yankees fans from Westchester are hoping for a winner-take-all Game 7 on Sunday.

In Game 6, Josh Beckett will pitch for the Marlins on three day's rest. The Yankees send southpaw Andy Pettitte to the mound to try and keep their season alive.
