Garrison homeowner 'batty' after finding some 200 winged creatures in his home

A Garrison homeowner claims he is living in a real-life house of horrors.

Steve Jablonski says the attic of his million-dollar home is a haven for some 200 bats. Jablonski says there is a horrible stench coming from his attic because of the bats.

Jablonski, who bought the house 10 years ago, claims the previous homeowners and the real estate agency knew about the problem so he is suing for about $9 million.

Robert McCaffrey, the real estate broker named in the lawsuit, believes Jablonski was aware of the bat problem when he bought the home, but moved in anyway so he could profit from the problem. As for the previous homeowners, they are now deceased.
