Flood watch in effect for Westchester County

If it's not snow, it's the rain, and on Wednesday Westchester residents are seeing plenty of it.

One flood prone area is the Saw Mill River Parkway between Marble Avenue and Manville Road in Thornwood. Just last week, the flooding in that section of the Saw Mill was so bad the road was closed for much of the day.

Drivers heading down the Saw Mill need to use caution because huge puddles are often invisible until drivers hit them.

The rain is expected to continue throughout the day. A flood watch is in effect for the county through Wednesday night and into Thursday morning.
