Three Westchester residents among graduates at West Point

Three residents of Westchester are among the cadets graduating from West Point Military Academy Saturday.

The class of 2005 entered West Point just before the terrorist attacks on 9/11. A graduate from New Rochelle says he will never forget that fateful day. Now the graduates will go on to serve their country in a time of war.

After four grueling years of training, the cadets now become second lieutenants in the United States Army. In a bit of historic irony, there are exactly 911 graduates in West Point?s class of 2005.
