Report warns residents to think twice before dining out in Westchester

A new health report released Sunday may have some residents thinking twice before they dine out in Westchester.

The report released by state Senator Jeff Klein (D-Bronx) is a list of the dirtiest restaurants in the county. Klein says he did the research to prove the county?s health inspection system needs to change. The research revealed many of the restaurants are filled with rats and bacteria. It also showed that many customers are left in the dark as the owners continue to fail inspections.

Klein hopes to introduce a bill that will create a letter-grading assessment for restaurant inspections. Klein adds that the grade would then be posted for all customers to see.
