Suspect in DE burglary charged with murder of student from White Plains

An arrest has been made in the murder of a college student from White Plains. James Cook Jr., 34, has been charged with murder, burglary, rape, arson and reckless endangerment in connection with the death of Lindsey Bonistall. Bonistall, 20, was found in her apartment near the University of Delaware last month. Last week, Cook was arrested and charged with breaking into another college student?s apartment. The next day, police say he strangled, raped and set fire to Bonistall's off-campus apartment. Investigators say they've always felt the two crimes were linked because they happened one block apart and around the same time of day. Police also say they found writing on Lindsey's apartment wall. They won?t say what the message read, but it helped them break the case.
