Serial flasher strikes twice over the weekend in Yonkers

? The serial flasher nicknamed ?the Knock and Shock Bandit? struck twice this past weekend. The two incidents occurred at six o?clock in the morning on Dewitt Avenue and on New Avenue.

Officials at Sarah Lawrence College near Dewitt Avenue have been warned by police to be on the watch. However, some college kids say they are not concerned and don?t feel threatened. Parents, on the other hand, are concerned and believe the latest incidents may only be a start.

The Knock and Shock Bandit has struck 14 times in two months. Authorities say he usually exposes himself in front of windows wearing only boxers and a ski mask.
