Yonkers police catch suspected 'Knock and Shock' serial flasher

Yonkers police have arrested a man they believe is a masked serial flasher.

According to authorities, the so-called ?Knock and Shock? serial flasher has been responsible for a series of lewd incidents. Police say he has been ringing doorbells or knocking on windows in the Yonkers area and fondling himself in front of at least 14 different women since April.

Police say 36-year-old Scott Rhodes was arrested after a woman on Winfred Avenue called to report that a man had exposed himself on that block Monday night. The woman gave police a description of the suspect?s car and he was stopped a short time later. Police say they found a dark ski mask in Rhodes? car.

Rhodes has been charged with public lewdness. He is expected to be arraigned Tuesday.
