Man in hot water after boat chase from Yonkers to Rockland on the Hudson River

A man is in hot water after a high-speed chase with the Yonkers Police Department Marine Unit on the Hudson River.

According to the Yonkers P.D. Marine Unit, Francis Rispoli was driving a 41-foot speed boat recklessly Saturday near the Tappan Zee Bridge. Once police got near the boat, Rispoli threw beer bottles at them and took off towards Rockland County. On Sunday, Yonkers police found the boat in Rockland, Rispoli was arrested and the boat was impounded.

Authorities say on Monday Rispoli then went to Tarrytown to pick up his boat at the towing service and was drunk. Police arrested Rispoli again and impounded his car as well.
