Judge orders dancers at New Rochelle nightclub to cover up

A federal judge has ruled that the dancers in a new gentleman?s club in New Rochelle must keep their tops on.

Casanova Gold is located near a family-oriented entertainment center called New Roc City. Lawmakers and community leaders did not want the adult entertainment club to open. A judge has now ruled that the establishment can no longer operate as a topless club due to zoning restrictions.

The club can either file an appeal or continue to operate as cabaret without the topless dancers. The club?s manager says Casanova Gold will stay and the women will wear pasties and bikini bottoms. The city manager promises they will do everything they can to enforce the ruling.
