State troopers on the lookout for unsafe drivers during the holiday in Westchester

State troopers are on the lookout this holiday weekend for unsafe drivers throughout Westchester and Hudson Valley.

AAA estimates approximately 40 million Americans will hit the road this 4th of July weekend. Some state troopers say the sunshine and dry conditions often cause drivers to let their guard down.

State troopers are also on the lookout for any drivers that need assistance with their vehicles. Troopers say people should slow down and pay attention to the road to ensure a good Fourth of July.
