TV show leads FBI to Tuckahoe woman accused of kidnapping her kids

A tip from a viewer of the TV show 'Without a Trace' led the FBI to a Tuckahoe woman accused of kidnapping her two kids.

The CBS show profiled the missing children last week, prompting a viewer to call authorities. On Monday, FBI officials tracked down Marcia Rose Marie Candela, who disappeared from Oklahoma with her son and daughter in 2003 after she lost custody.

Candela, who had been living in Tuckahoe for the past year, was arraigned in U.S. District Court in White Plains and released on $10,000 bail. The children are now back in Oklahoma with their father. According to one of Candela's neighbors in Tuckahoe, she plans to go back to Oklahoma and fight for her children.
