Four Westchester County men busted for child pornography possession

Four men from Westchester County have been busted for child pornography possession. State police say the arrests stem from a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children after child porn was passed around the Internet. The suspects, Rafael Billig, of Elmsford, James Oliveri, of Mount Pleasant, Thomas Baba, of Yonkers and Mitchell Schrieber, of Scarsdale, had their home computers confiscated. They have all been charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child. Police say a Pelham man and a 15-year-old boy from Yonkers are also involved, but haven't formally been charged.
