New Rochelle man accused of sodomizing 14-year-old boy may have more victims
A New Rochelle man is accused of sodomizing a 14-year-old boy and now police believe there may be more victims. Rafael Espinoza Figueroa, 28, is accused of performing oral sex on a 14-year-old boy in his apartment on Pine Street. Investigators say Espinoza had been sexually abusing the boy for the past four years. Now, investigators say Espinoza may have sodomized several other boys ranging in age from 12 to 16. Detectives say they got an anonymous tip from a neighbor who would see young boys going in and out of the home. Police say they also confiscated Espinoza's home computer, which had child pornography on it. Espinoza was in court Monday to answer to sodomy charges. Bail was set at $100,000 and he is due back in court in two weeks.
