Boy killed at Rye Playland remembered during memorial service

? Mourners gathered at the New Life Christian Church in Darien, Connecticut Tuesday for a memorial service in remembrance of the 7-year-old Norwalk boy killed at Rye Playland.

Jon-Kely Cassara died from blunt trauma to the head while riding the park?s Ye Old Mill ride last week. Those in attendance at the service say they will remember the young boy?s wonderful personality, his kindness and his loving personality. Members of the church say the service was a celebration of Cassara?s life, not a funeral.

The boy will be buried in a private ceremony attended by family members.
