The Yonkers general services commissioner pleaded guilty Friday to driving while intoxicated in a city-owned vehicle.

Joseph Celli was arrested over the summer for DWI. Police say his blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit. In addition to a fine for the misdemeanor DWI, Celli?s license has been revoked and he has to take part in an alcohol abuse program.

Celli had been suspended without pay from his $130,000 a year job, but is now apparently back at work.
