Heavy downpours causes accidents and road closures in Westchester

Heavy rainfall throughout Westchester Wednesday has caused accidents and many road closures.

Police say a car traveling too fast on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers hit another car, which spun out in front of a school bus. The bus, which was empty at the time, then hit another car. Police say no one was hurt in the incident.

Some exits on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Pleasantville also had to be closed due to flooding. Police were busy diverting traffic off the parkway.
