Teens busted at Port Chester drinking party

Police arrested more than a dozen people, most of them teenagers, after discovering an underage drinking party in Port Chester Thursday night.

Police responded to a residence on Madison Avenue after receiving a noise complaint from neighbors. When an officer arrived on the scene, he found beer cans strewn around, a bunch of teens drunk and no parents. The investigation resulted in the arrest of 12 people at the party, most of them under the age of 21. They were issued appearance tickets for a violation of the state alcohol beverage control law.

Police also arrested a 42-year old convenience store clerk at a Citgo station for selling beer to one of the teens. He was charged with selling alcohol to a minor and illegally dealing with a child.
