White Plains police nab two suspects in string of burglaries
White Plains police have charged two Brooklyn men for a string of burglaries in Westchester.
Investigators say the two suspects hit apartments and their images were caught on surveillance video. A White Plains police officer recognized the men from the videotape when he saw them walking down the street Thursday. Police believe the pair are responsible for rip-offs in Westchester, New York City and Connecticut.Police recovered cell phones, computers, video games and handbags. Once search warrants are obtained, they expect more stolen property to be confiscated.
